Driving better car benefits for the public sector

Securing brilliant employee benefits that comply with exacting public sector standards can be a challenge. As a public sector organisation we’ve been there too. It’s why NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) was formed – to leverage the buying power of multiple public sector organisations to secure competitive deals, save money and deliver on compliance.

CPC Drive is the car benefit framework we’ve established for the public sector. It makes it easy for employees to get behind the wheel of a brand new, fully insured and maintained car. And it saves money for your staff and your organisation too. Designed with the public sector in mind, over 100 organisations across the UK – including NHS trusts, local government authorities, the police, fire and rescue and ambulance services – benefit from the CPC Drive framework.

There’s no need to run your own tender – we’ve done that for you. Plus, we’ve got everything you need to service the benefit, enhance take up and maximise returns.

We’ve partnered with award-winning car benefit provider, Tusker, to deliver this framework. A forward thinking business, Tusker is constantly finding smarter ways of working for its customers and innovating processes so cars are easier and more cost effective to run. Tusker also provides the online platforms and customer support that makes it easy to manage and administer your scheme. And, as a carbon conscious business, Tusker leads the way on environmental issues by getting people into newer, greener cars to drive down emissions. Plus, they’ll also help your organisation to curb its carbon footprint by offsetting the tailpipe emissions of your Tusker salary sacrifice cars against verified carbon projects.

Our Values

As part of the public sector, we understand the importance of working in the right way. That’s why the CPC Drive framework is founded on our three core values:

“The CPC Drive scheme is really popular with staff as it enables them to drive a new car hassle-free plus they save by paying through salary sacrifice. By marketing the scheme employees are choosing more ULEVs which fits fantastically with the Trust’s sustainability agenda. Happy staff and a cleaner environment – it’s a win win partnership. – Sarah Ambrose, Senior Costing Analyst, Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust
